2- CLICK TO COMPLETE MUSICMAKERS! ONLINE REGISTRATION by day 1 of your session (this is a separate form from that of Coral Springs Parks & Recreation Dept. We need the information on this form for emergency and transportation/pickup designee info. by the Friday prior to the day your child starts camp.)
